Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Krakow's historic areas like Kazimierz and Wawel castle. However, the room could be more modern and spacious, lacking a real bed and a writing desk. The service was exceptional, providing assistance with various arrangements, but there was a miscommunication about the restaurant's opening. The dining options were modest but sufficient, with a good variety of choices. The value for money is reasonable, though some improvements in room facilities would enhance the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and very warm, which was perfect for the chilly November weather in Poland. However, the room had a dated 90s style, was quite small without a writing desk, and the mattress was too soft for my preference. On the bright side, I appreciated the daily room servicing and the availability of free tea and coffee at the reception that I could take up to my room.
The hotel offers warm and comfortable rooms with a nice bathroom and a comfy bed. The location is ideal, especially for those interested in exploring the vibrant Kazimierz neighborhood. The dining experience, while not exceptional, provides a good selection of dishes. The service is attentive and helpful, making up for any minor drawbacks.
